Results of classical cytogenetic and FISH analyses of patient with AML:
(a) the partial G-banded karyotype, (b) the partial mFISH results, (c) XCyte11 mBAND results and (d) the FISH results using the CEP 11 (SpectrumGreen) and RP11-569N5 (SpectrumOrange) probes. The FISH analysis showed a split in the probe signal and the rearrangement of chromosome 11.
