Special Methods of Clinical Flow Cytometry

Since 2012 our laboratory has been implementing a systematic inter laboratory comparison program for the following  clinical cytometry methods in the framework of the Czech and Slovak Republic:

• Immunophenotyping of blood malignancies
• Immunophenotypic diagnosis of blood malignancies
• Minimal residual disease (BCP-ALL, B-CLL)
• Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria
• Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria- high sensitivity
• Platelet VASP phosphorylation- resistance to Clopidogrel
