OPPA: Comprehensive System for Enhancing the Competitiveness of Researchers at the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of IHBT employees by providing various forms of training. During the two and a half years of the project implementation, various types of training and courses will be held, which will be attended by the Institute's employees. There will be English language courses, legal courses, presentation skills courses, publication skills courses, ethics courses and IT courses focusing on biostatistics and graphic software. Thanks to this project, IHBT employees will also be sent on foreign internships, courses and conferences, which will bring knowledge of the latest investigative methods, trends and experience in the field of hematology and blood transfusion from abroad to the Czech Republic. The project also includes funding of lectures, seminars and exchange of knowledge and experience of top foreign experts with the IHBT's staff.
