OPPA: Professional Education of IHBT Prague Employees at Risk in the Labor Market

The aim of the project is to increase the professional, language, communication and IT knowledge of the employees of the IHBT at risk on the labour market.

 

The target group of the training activities are these employees of the Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion:

(a) Employees under 30 years of age;

b) employees over 50 years of age;

(c) employees with a disability;

d) employees on maternity or parental leave or within one year of returning from maternity or parental leave;

(e) employees with no more than an apprenticeship certificate.

 

The objectives of the project can be summarised as follows:

1) Increased involvement of younger staff, especially those aged under 30, in international scientific research structures;

2) greater ability of employees at risk on the labour market to use computer technology, information technology and the latest software applications;

3) increasing the language skills of employees at risk on the labour market, especially in the field of professional language;

4) improvement of soft skills - development of communication, presentation, legal, psychological, rhetorical and other skills.
